Meet Bob!

Bob is a 9.5-year-old Terrier mix (possibly Jack Russell Terrier mix) weighing in at a perfect 25 pounds. He’ll be turning 10 this August, but don’t let the number fool you — Bob still loves his walks, zooming around the yard, and tagging along on adventures.

Bob has been with the same owner since he was a puppy, and it shows in his wonderful manners and loving personality. He’s fully potty trained, walks beautifully on a loose leash, and naturally stays right by your side. If you stop walking, Bob stops too. He also has excellent recall and genuinely enjoys being part of whatever his people are doing.

One of Bob’s favorite things is riding in the car. He’s an easy travel companion and knows to wait patiently until his collar is on before hopping out. Whether it’s a quick errand or a weekend trip, Bob is happy to come along.

At home, Bob is a laid-back, easygoing guy who enjoys naps and a predictable routine — including his preferred bedtime around 11 PM. He absolutely loves snacks (especially Scooby Snacks), and treats are the quickest way to win him over. He can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but it doesn’t take long before he’s making new friends.

Bob does well with other dogs when given proper introductions and has enjoyed trips to the dog park where he loves to run. He was raised with cats and does wonderfully with them. He’s also great with children, including babies and younger kids, making him a well-rounded family companion.

Bob does have allergies and takes Apoquel, which manages his symptoms very well.
